   Octopus Titan VCT 3 plc announces that on 28 March 2014, 3,133,553 
Ordinary Shares of 10p each were issued and allotted to 544 subscribers 
at a price of 96.6p per share pursuant to the Offer that opened on 3 
September 2013. 
 
   Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of 
the new shares.   Admission is expected to become effective on or around 
4 April 2014. 
 
   The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now: 
32,795,564 Ordinary Shares.
