Issue of Equity

OneView (AIM: ONEV), one of the retail industry's leading digital transformation software providers for in-store customer service, announces that further to the announcement of 20 July 2017, the Company has today applied for a further 58,760 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to AIM in respect of shares taken in lieu of bonuses due by certain employees.

Admission of these shares is expected to take place at 8.00 a.m. on 1 August 2017. Following admission of these shares, the Company will have 825,581,298 Ordinary Shares in issue, with no shares held in treasury. Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator by which they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
