    Appointment of Richard Foley as Development Director

    Newfound N.V. (AIM: NFND) is pleased to announce that it has today appointed Richard Foley as Development Director, who will join the
Board of the Company with immediate effect. Mr. Foley is joining the Company from Brookfield Developments UK (formerly Multiplex
Developments where he was Director, Planning & Design, from 2006. 

    Richard Foley (47) has had a long career in the property industry, both in the UK and in Australia, over the past 25 years and has
worked both as an architect and a development planner. His distinguished career includes 6 years, from 1994 to 2001, with Mirvac, one of
Australia's leading development companies. In 2001, he joined Multiplex Developments in Australia where he led, among other
responsibilities, the development of 'Multiplex Living', the company's commercial and residential brand. 

    Whilst working in the UK, Mr. Foley has been responsible for the strategic direction of the design and planning for Brookfield
Development UK's projects. He has worked on a variety of projects, including the spectacular Cape Vantage residential project in Gibraltar,
Strata Tower in London's Elephant & Castle, Pilgrim Street regeneration in Newcastle and the planned regeneration of Cricklewood, London. 

    Mr. Foley was educated at the Queensland University of Technology and the Queensland Institute of Technology, both in Brisbane,
Australia. 

    Jayne McGivern, Chief Executive Officer of Newfound, said:
