The Directors of New Century Aim VCT today swore an oath of Declaration of Solvency of the Company.

Shareholders have been informed that

IN THE MATTER OF THE INSOLVENCY ACT 1986 a General Meeting will be held as follows:

At: Brownheath Park, Gregory Lane, Durley, SO32 2BS

On: 16 August 2023 At: 4.00pm For the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the following resolutions:

Special Resolutions 1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

2. That the Liquidator be authorised to divide among the members of the Company, in specie, part or the whole of the assets of the Company and may, for that purpose, value any assets and determine how the division between members should be carried out. Ordinary Resolutions

3. That Jamie Playford of Leading, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.

4. The Liquidator's remuneration shall be fixed by reference to the time properly given by the Liquidator and the staff in attending to matters arising in the liquidation. These fees are to be paid at the Liquidator's discretion, as and when funds are available. The Liquidator's disbursements shall be payable on the basis of the firm's published tariff, disclosed to members prior to the meeting.
