In accordance with the rules of the Company's 2016 deferred
bonus plan, Michael Edelman, CEO of the Company, has exercised
108,181 options over ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares"), granted in November 2016. In order to cover
the associated tax liabilities generated by the exercise of these
options, 45,797 of these Ordinary Shares have been sold.
The value of the award and the performance targets achieved that
resulted in the award were fully disclosed in the Annual Report and
Accounts for the year ended 31 July 2016.
