The Company was notified on 4 May 2017 of the following changes to Directors' shareholdings as a result of the Sixth Tender Offer of the Company which completed on 27 April 2017:

The number of shares held by Mr John Mackie, a non-executive Director of the Company, reduced to 6,912 Ordinary 2p shares which are registered in the name of Hargreaves Lansdown (Nominees) Limited. This aggregate holding represents 0.07% of the Company's issued share capital.
