Accelerated Vesting of Award Shares following Sanctioning of the Scheme of Arrangement (the "Scheme")

The Company announces that, in accordance with the MOG long term employee share incentive plan, it has today issued a total of 3,639,017 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each in the capital of the Company to certain holders of share awards that vest as a result of the Scheme being sanctioned by the Court.

Following the issue of these ordinary shares the Company has 434,998,930 ordinary shares in issue, none of which are held in treasury.
