    Result of the Adjourned Zero Dividend Preference Share Class Meeting

    The Board of JZ Equity Partners plc (the "Company") announces that at the meeting held today of the class meeting of the zero dividend
preference shareholders adjourned from the 16th June the Extraordinary Resolution set out in the Circular dated 12th May was passed.  

    The results of the proxy voting figures in respect of the ZDP shareholder meetings are as follows:
