Result of Extraordinary General Meeting and update to Cancellation of Admission

The Company announces that all resolutions proposed at the Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier today, as set out in the Notice included in the circular sent to the Company's Shareholders and DI Holders on 20 October 2015 (the "Circular"), were duly approved and passed by the meeting.

The purpose of the Extraordinary General Meeting was to seek approval for, inter alia, the making by the Company of the application to the London Stock Exchange pursuant to Rule 41 of the AIM Rules for the cancellation of trading on AIM of all of the Shares and DIs.

Accordingly, the last day of dealings in the Company's Shares and DIs on AIM is expected to be 16 November 2015, with cancellation of trading of Shares and DIs on AIM expected to become effective at 7.00 am (London time) on 17 November 2015.

Additionally, the Offer by JEH to the Company's Shareholders and DI Holders to sell their Shares and DIs (as applicable) to JEH at a price of 0.60 pence per Share or DI (as applicable), which will remain open for acceptance until 1.00 p.m. (London time) on 13 November 2015, remains conditional only upon the Cancellation becoming effective. A further announcement as to the result of the Offer will be released on 16 November 2015.

Definitions used in the Circular shall have the same meanings when used in this announcement unless the context otherwise requires.
