International Mining and Infrastructure Corporation plc (the "Issuer")

Up to $50,000,000 8.125% Bonds due 2014

(the "Bonds")

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - 22 October 2015

RE: Update to Interest Rate Provisions and Final Redemption Date of the Bonds

The Issuer wishes to announce that following restructure as a result of issuing a Consent Solicitation Memorandum and execution of the Supplementary Deed the following changes have been implemented:

   --     The Final Redemption Date has been changed from 18 October 2015 to 18 October 2020. 
   --     The interest payable on the Bonds has been amended from 8.125% to 5%.

-- Subject to clauses 5 and 6 of the Instrument dated 18 October 2012, the Bonds shall be repayable at 122.319% of par.

-- Payment of the interest has changed from bi-annual to annual and therefore shall be paid on every 18 October until the bond maturity date of 18 October 2020.

This announcement was not submitted to the Irish Stock Exchange ("ISE") earlier due to an administrative oversight. The Bonds remain listed on the ISE with the updated interest rate provisions and Final Maturity Date as described above.
