HADRIAN'S WALL SECURED INVESTMENTS LIMITED

(the "Company")

DIRECTOR/PDMR DEALING

The Company was notified today that, Mr David Warr and Mr John Falla, both Directors of the Company, subscribed for and were allotted 50,000 ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") and 10,000 Ordinary Shares respectively at a price 100 pence per Ordinary Share under the Offer for Subscription.

Following this purchase, Mr Warr is interested in 50,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.06 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company and Mr Falla is interested in 10,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.01 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.

This announcement relates to transactions notified in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule ("DTR") 3.1.2R and is given in fulfilment of the obligation under DTR 3.1.4(1)(a).
