The Board of HarbourVest Senior Loans Europe Limited ("HSLE" or the "Company"), the listed closed-ended investment company investing in senior secured loans of private equity-backed mid-market companies in Europe (including the UK), today announced an unaudited estimated net asset value per share of 45.44p at 31 December 2013.
