Proposed Nominated Adviser appointment
Further to the announcement on 28 September 2018, TLA Worldwide
plc (AIM: TLA), a leading athlete representation and sports
marketing business, announces that it is finalising arrangements to
appoint Beaumont Cornish Limited as the Group's nominated adviser
with effect from 7.00am on Monday 22 October 2018. The Group's
current nominated adviser, Numis Securities Limited, has agreed to
continue in this role until 7.00am on Monday 22 October 2018.
Should the appointment of Beaumont Cornish Limited not be made
by 7.00am on 22 October, under Rule 1 of the AIM rules for
companies, the Group's shares will be suspended from trading on
AIM.
