Directorate Change

TLA Worldwide plc (AIM: TLA), a leading athlete representation and sports marketing business, announces the following Board changes with immediate effect. Andy Pearson, non-executive director, has stepped down from the Board and, pursuant to the agreement entered into between TLA and Livingbridge VC LLP (part of the Livingbridge group) as notified in the Group's Admission Document dated 2 December 2011, has been replaced with Ken Wotton as a non-executive director of the Company.

Ken Wotton, 42, is currently a Director and Head of Quoted Investments at Livingbridge and a member of Livingbridge VC LLP, a significant shareholder in TLA. Ken Wotton was previously a member of Livingbridge EP LLP and as at the date of this announcement holds no personal interest in TLA ordinary shares.

Bart Campbell, Executive Chairman of TLA, commented: "On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Andy for his valuable contribution to TLA over the past few years and wish him every success in the future.
