Director/PDMR Shareholding

Globalworth Real Estate Investments Limited (the "Company") announces that it has been advised on 10 October 2017 that the trustees of PH Fechter Family Trust, of which Peter Fechter (a non-executive director of the Company) is the non-beneficial founder, acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at Euro 7.50 per share.

Following the above share purchase, Mr Fechter has an indirect interest in 50,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.06 per cent of the issued Ordinary Share capital.

The Notification of Dealing Form provided in accordance with the requirements of MAR in relation to the transaction listed above is set out below:
