PUBLICATION OF PROSPECTUS

Globalworth Real Estate Investment Limited (AIM: GWI) (the "Company"), a leading real estate investment firm focused on the CEE region, is pleased to announce the publication of a prospectus in connection with its EUR 550 million Eurobond (the "Bond"), announced on 13 June.

The Prospectus has been approved by the Central Bank of Ireland ("Central Bank"), as competent authority under the Prospectus Directive 2003/71/EC.

As previously announced, the Company has applied for the Bond to be admitted to the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange and to trade on its regulated market. The Company will also apply to S.C. Bucharest Stock Exchange S.A. (the "Bucharest Stock Exchange") for admission of the Bond to trading on the regulated market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
