Goals Soccer Centres plc, a leading operator of outdoor small-sided soccer centres with 49 sites, including three in California, USA, is pleased to announce it has appointed Jacqueline Ann Ronson ("Jackie"), as Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Jackie (aged 45) is currently the Digital, CRM & Insights Director at EE, part of the BT Group plc. As a well-respected business leader and digital specialist, she brings a wealth of experience in consumer-facing industries to the Group, which will be significantly important as the Group seeks to improve its customer data and digital functions. Jackie will Chair the Group's Remuneration Committee as part of her new role. She has previously held senior roles at Barclays, Close Brothers and Prudential and served as a Non-Executive Director at Radian Group Ltd for seven years.

Goals also announces that Scott Lloyd has notified the board of his resignation as Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. Scott is stepping down to focus on his full-time responsibilities as Chief Executive of the Lawn Tennis Association ("LTA").

Michael Bolingbroke, Interim Chairman of Goals, commented:
