Appointment of Senior Independent Director

James Fisher and Sons plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Aedamar Comiskey as Senior Independent Director with immediate effect. Aedamar has been an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company since November 2014 and is Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Nomination and Audit Committees. Aedamar, who is Global Head of Corporate and a member of the Executive Committee at Linklaters LLP, takes over from David Moorhouse who stepped down as a Non-Executive Director last month.

Malcolm Paul, Chairman, said: "Aedamar's commercial experience, coupled with her legal background means she is perfectly placed to take on this important role for the Company."
