The Company announces that, in accordance with the scheme of reconstruction and
the proposed winding up of the Company, and as set out in the circular
published by the Company on 27 August 2008, the listings of the Company's
Income Shares and Capital Shares on the Official List of the UK Listing
Authority and the trading in the Income Shares and Capital Shares on the London
Stock Exchange were suspended at 7.30 a.m. on 22 September 2008.
