Flybe Group Plc ("Flybe" or the "Company")
The Company announces that it was notified on 3 August 2018 that
Sir Timothy Anderson, the future Chief Operating Officer of the
Company that day acquired 47,523 ordinary shares in the company at
a price of 41.85p per share and 3,600 at 41.15p per share. His
wife, Lady Ursula Anderson also acquired 47,532 ordinary shares in
the company at a price of 41.80p per share.
Sir Timothy previously held 8,000 shares in the Company and his
total interest, when including his wife's holding amounts to
106,655 shares, and represents 0.05% of the issued share
capital.
