Director Dealing Notification and Total Voting Rights

finnCap Group plc (AIM: FCAP) (the "Company"), today announces that Tom Hayward, a director of the Company, has transferred 130,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his personal holding into his SIPP with effect 23 July 2019. The transfer was transacted at a price of GBP0.26 pence per Ordinary Share, representing 0.077% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Following this transfer of shares, Tom Hayward's beneficial interest over 3,593,352 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.12 per cent of the current total voting rights of the Company has not changed with this transfer. The Company's shares referred to above are finnCap Group plc ordinary shares of 1 pence each and the total number of shares in issue is 169,230,089.
