BOARD APPOINTMENT

Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC (Euromoney) today announces that Wendy Pallot, whose appointment as Chief Financial Officer and to the Board was announced in December 2017, will join the Company on 16 August 2018. Ms Pallot will succeed Colin Jones, the Company's Finance Director, who is retiring from the Board and the Company on 15 June 2018.

There is no additional information which is required to be disclosed under Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
