DP Poland announces that on 15 June 2022, it was notified that
Pageant Holdings Limited, a person closely associated ("PCA") with
Peter Furlong, Non-Executive Director, bought a total of 3,000,000
ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company
("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 6.39 pence per Ordinary
Share.
Following this transaction, Pageant Holdings Limited holds
62,398,473 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing
approximately 10.06% of the Company's total issued share
capital.
In addition, Jeremy Dibb, Non-Executive Director, has purchased
a total of 399,024 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 6.25
pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Jeremy Dibb holds 752,295 Ordinary
Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.12% of the
Company's total issued share capital.
