Result of Extraordinary General Meeting 
The board of DGRE announces that at the extraordinary general meeting held 
earlier today, Shareholders voted by the requisite majority to approve the 
proposed cancellation of admission of the Company's Ordinary Shares to trading 
on the AIM market of London Stock Exchange plc (the "De-Listing") and to 
authorise the Directors to do all things necessary as they may determine in 
their sole discretion in order to give effect to the De-Listing. 
 
 
Consequently, the last day of trading on AIM of the Company's Ordinary Shares is 
expected to be the 16 June 2009 and De-Listing is expected to take place on 17 
June 2009.
