    Culver Holdings plc announces that following completion of the sale of Culver Insurance Brokers Limited David Sullivan, who has been
Managing Director of its insurance broking businesses since November 2006, has tendered his resignation with immediate effect and has left
the Group with no compensation. His warrant, which currently entitles him to subscribe new ordinary shares at 127.5 pence per share will
remain exercisable for one month following his resignation from the Company. His duties of managing and growing the Group's insurance
broking businesses will be taken by Adrian Biles.
