Results of 2022 Annual General Meeting
At the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company, held
electronically by video webcast at 12 noon today, all resolutions
were passed on a poll. The total number of votes received on each
resolution was as follows:

Statement regarding voting result
The Company notes that resolution 2 to approve the Directors'
Remuneration Report and resolution 10 to approve the re-election of
the Chair of the Remuneration Committee were passed with
approximately 62.77% and 76.54% support respectively. We appreciate
the support from most of our shareholders and will continue our
engagement over the year ahead.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2R, copies of the
resolutions (other than those comprising ordinary business) passed
at the AGM will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and

In addition, copies of resolution 15 and resolutions 17 to 19
will be filed with Companies House.
