Change in director details
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R, Cape plc (CIU.LN), an
international leader in the provision of critical industrial
services to the energy and natural resources sectors, announces
that it has been notified that
Joe Oatley, Chief Executive of the Cape Group and executive
director of Cape plc, has been appointed a
non-executive director of Wates Group Ltd, a privately-owned
company, with effect from 3 July 2017.
Joe Oatley continues as Chief Executive and executive director
of Cape plc.
