CBay Holdings (AIM: CBAY), a leading provider of technology-enabled clinical 
documentation, announces that, on 9 August 2010, MedQuist Inc. (Nasdaq: MEDQ) 
published its Form 10-Q report for the quarter ended 30 June 2010 and on 11 
August 2010 filed its earnings release for the quarter. 
 
CBay Holdings holds a 69.5 per cent shareholding in MedQuist Inc.
