Resignation of the Company's nominated adviser

and Director resignations

Camkids Group plc (AIM: CAMK) announces that Allenby Capital Limited has resigned as the Company's nominated adviser and broker with immediate effect. Accordingly the Company's shares will be suspended from trading on AIM at 9.00 am today. In accordance with AIM Rule 1, if the Company fails to appoint a replacement nominated adviser within one month of the date of suspension, admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled.

The Company has also been informed that Jacques-Franck Dossin has resigned as Non-Executive Director of the Company as he opposes the financial compensation which Camkids proposes to pay to three of its exiting distributors; and that Ng Pei Eng has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, both with immediate effect.
