                             Change of Company Name

Brightview PLC (AIM: BRV), is pleased to announce that the Company has changed
its name to Finsaga plc in connection with the disposal of the entire share
issue of Brightview Group Limited to British Telecommunications plc.

The change of name will become effective for trading on the AIM market of the
London Stock Exchange on 16 January 2008 with the new ticker code 'FNS'.  On
that date, the Company's website address will change to www.finsaga.com. The
new website is fully compliant with rule 26 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
