Major new agreement and new animated project 
 
 
BKN International AG, a media and entertainment company specializing in the 
children's entertainment market, is launching a major new project entitled: 
 
 
Joshua Blake: The Agency 
 
 
The Executive Board believes that this property will have a significant and 
material impact to its sales and earnings over the next few years and that this 
is one of the most exciting opportunities in the Company's history. 
 
 
BKN will present the full project including animation and scripts at MIPCOM Jr. 
later this year and has identified a budget of approximately $13 million with 
approximately $5 million already secured from a deal with a prominent Canadian 
house.  The project will qualify as Canadian Content. 
 
 
The BKN series will feature the newly created character, Joshua Blake, who, like 
his older and well known brother, has been trained by the government spy 
organisation simply known as "The Agency". However, unlike his more famous 
brother, Joshua will use all of the powers of The Agency to battle and save the 
world from forces that would use technology to destroy rather than enhance life. 
 
 
BKN has secured the services of Richard Ungar ("Spiderman - The Animated 
Series", "Biker Mice from Mars" and "X Men - Evolution") as Executive Producer 
with Andy Briggs as Lead Writer ("Hero.com" for The Cartoon Network and "Rise of 
the Gargoyles for Sci-Fi channel/ RHI Entertainment). 
 
 
BKN plans to deliver 40 episodes by spring 2011.

design, FX and 3D elements should result in a superb, state-of-the-art, 
animation series," adds Laura Tapias, Managing Director of BKN in Spain. "We 
know our customers worldwide will love it." 
 
 
Nicola Andrews, Managing Director of BKN in London adds "There are numerous 
important broadcasters and home entertainment distributors that have been shown 
this project and expressed strong interest. We truly believe that such a major 
project, for boys and girls 6-12, to be released in spring 2011, is exactly 
filling a huge void in the market currently."
