Paul Stanley, Regional Managing Partner at Begbies Traynor Group plc, has exercised share options ("the Options") over 50,000 ordinary 5 pence shares in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 36.69 pence. Using net settlement, this has resulted in the issue and allotment of 23,375 Ordinary Shares. The Ordinary Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 26 July 2018.
