Dividend Announcement

Axiom European Financial Debt Fund Limited (the "Company") today announces that it has declared an ordinary dividend for the period from 1 January 2019 to 31 March 2019 of 1.50p per share. The dividend is to be paid on 24 May 2019 to ordinary shareholders on the register at the close of business on 03 May 2019. The ex-dividend date is 02 May 2019.
