On 8 August 2019 Zachary Lewy, Founder and Group Chief
Investment Officer of the Company, exercised a nil-cost deferred
share bonus plan award over 10,755 ordinary shares granted on 8
April 2016. Zachary Lewy has retained 5,689 of the resultant shares
and sold 5,066 shares to satisfy the related tax and National
Insurance liabilities arising in connection with the exercise.
Following this award exercise, Zachary Lewy holds the following
