    Directors' / PDMR Shareholdings

    In accordance with Rule 17 of the AIM Rules, the Company wishes to notify the following change in the interest in ordinary shares in the
Company ('Shares') of Mr Michael Treanor, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

    The Company was notified on 22nd October 2008 that Mr Treanor purchased 35,000 Shares at USD $1.84 per share (approximately �1.06) on
22nd October 2008.  Mr Treanor now has an interest in 45,000 Shares representing approximately 0.45% of the voting rights attaching to the
Shares of the Company.

    Michael Treanor also holds �100,000 of the 12.9% Convertible Secured Loan Stock 2011.
