Amur Minerals Corporation ("Amur" or the "Company"), the
nickel-copper sulphide exploration and development company focused
on the far east of Russia, announces that, further to the Company's
recent fundraise and analysis of the current shareholder register,
the Company is aware of the following significant shareholders,
being those with an interest in over 3% of the outstanding share
capital of the Company as at 11 November 2019.
