("Addworth" or "the Company")

    Issue of Equity

    The Board announces that that the Company has issued and allotted 6,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.5p nominal value in the capital of
the Company at 0.75p per share (the "Placing Shares"), to raise gross proceeds of �45,000 (the "Placing").  

    The Placing Shares have been issued to Rusape Limited who will, following completion of the Placing, hold 6,000,000 ordinary shares or
4.09% in the enlarged issued capital of Addworth.  

    The proceeds of the Placing will provide the Company with additional working capital.

    The new ordinary shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares.

    The Company has made application for admission to trading of the new 6,000,000 ordinary shares to AIM and trading is expected to
commence on 7 August 2008.

    The total number of ordinary shares in issue following the issue of the Placing Shares is 146,666,666.
