             Investment in Three's A Crowd Plc ('Three's A Crowd')



Addworth Plc (AIM: ADW), the AIM 'active capital investor', announces that it
has a 14.38 per cent investment in Three's A Crowd which has today floated on
the PLUS Market.



Three's A Crowd, which is an events management and lifestyle portal company, has
listed with a market capitalisation of #2.47 million and an introductory share
price of 3.5p The gross proceeds ahead of the Introduction were #489,840 for
which fundraising and support was facilitated by Addworth Plc and Ellis
Stockbrokers Limited.



Tara Palmer-Tomkinson, who is on the Board of Three's A Crowd said today -



"I am so excited that Three's A Crowd has listed on PLUS Markets. My team and I
will be able to use the PLUS platform to launch the Three's A Crowd brand into
