AIM-listed leading independent tissue converter, is pleased to
announce that, as part of the recent open offer announced on 7 June
2018, certain directors of Accrol have purchased in aggregate
81,807 ordinary shares of GBP0.001 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a
price of 15p per Ordinary Share as set out below.
