Siemens Healthineers Chooses Its Next Chairman

Siemens Healthineers AG (SHL.XE) said that it has appointed Ralf
Thomas to succeed Michael Sen as chairman, effective Dec. 1.
Mr. Thomas is the chief financial officer of Siemens AG
(SIE.XE), which holds an 85% stake in Healthineers.
The outgoing chairman, Mr. Sen, is the designated chief
executive officer of Siemens Energy AG, which is scheduled to float
on the public markets in September 2020.
