Hall of Fame Beverages (PINKSHEETS: HFBG) has officially reduced its share structure by 1 billion common shares. CEO and President Jessica Gutierrez said, "We fast tracked the reduction of 1 billion shares from our authorized shares count because it's important to me to start cleaning up our structure. I pledged that we will do things responsibly from this point forth, and dilution is not in my plans, so this first step is the right thing to do for our shareholders."

Hall of Fame filed the paperwork last week and paid to fast track the process. Delaware has approved the filing and shareholders can confirm this through the Secretary of State's office. For those who cannot confirm the reduction with the Delaware SOS, the company will be posting the filing to its website upon receipt. The filing was sent by overnight delivery, and it should be received today.

The company's CEO is currently attending meetings with former NBA superstar and Hall of Fame Beverage's co-owner Larry Johnson, as well as company attorneys in Las Vegas. Gutierrez said, "We're going over funding sources and options that will help us build this brand and bring our shareholders value. We are aggressively organizing funding that will help us achieve this company's true potential."

After sending pallets of Grand Ma Ma's Sweet Southern Tea "Bag in a Box" product to US Foodservice, Allentown, to distribute to our partner Red Robin restaurants, Tone Products has sent US Foodservice, Tampa, its first requested pallet of the "Bag in a Box" product. We will discuss the distribution of the 1.5 gallon boxes of tea at the appropriate time.

Hall of Fame Beverages has received a production date for its second run of the 20 ounce bottles of Grand Ma Ma's Sweet Southern Tea in regular and sugar free. Company executives will be at the production facility outside of Tampa, Florida, Tampa Bay CoPack, on August 4th and 5th.

Gutierrez said, "Things are happening very fast and in between reducing the authorized shares, and lining up funding for our very bright future, we're making great partnerships in the restaurant industry, and with fantastic distributors. We've introduced you to US Foodservice, Haddon House and Red Robin, and we're equally anxious to share some of our upcoming and future partnerships with our shareholders in the coming weeks."
