On February 28, 2021, the Company signed a binding stock purchase agreement, which closed on May 25, 2022, to acquire 100% of the stock of Gold Transactions International, Inc. ("GoldTI"). GoldTI, with its network affiliates, purchases g... GTII is engaged in acquiring companies in emerging businesses. On February 28, 2021, the Company signed a binding stock purchase agreement, which closed on May 25, 2022, to acquire 100% of the stock of Gold Transactions International, Inc. ("GoldTI"). GoldTI, with its network affiliates, purchases gold from artisan miners throughout the world and transports, assays, refines and sells the gold in the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre, ("DMCC"), a free trade zone in Dubai. On October 5, 2021, GTII signed a Letter of Intent with Classroom Salon ("CS") to define acquisition terms. CS uses interfaces, workflows and algorithms, intergrating them with other learning platforms. On November 9, 2021, GTII and Trento Resources and Energy Corp, ("Trento") signed a Stock Purchase Agreement to engage in a business combination pursuant to which Trento will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of GTII. On March 9, 2022, GTII signed a Letter of Intent with Wildfire Media Corp, ("Wildfire") to acquire the liabilities and assets of 1-800-Law-Firm, PLLC. On May 25, 2022 GTII and Wildfire signed a Term Sheet establishing the acquisition price and other conditions. On September 14, 2022, GTII signed a Share Exchange Agreement with Wildfire and the Wildfire Shareholders.
