CCC Globalcom Corporation (PINKSHEETS: CCGC) is pleased to announce that after further due diligence and evaluation of market potential, the company has signed an agreement to purchase 20% ownership of Bambooies, Inc., a Nevada Corporation that holds the North American rights to several environmentally friendly baby products with patent pending and registered trademarks.

Bambooies, Inc. features a line of baby products including disposable baby diapers and baby wipes that are made from 100% organically grown bamboo fiber and bamboo pulp. The bamboo diapers feature super soft comfort fit, and are biodegradable, contain natural anti-bacterial elements, are certified chlorine-free, contain no dyes or colors, and provide exceptional comfort. The bamboo baby wipes are 100% biodegradable and are free from alcohol and perfumes. Bamboo fibers can retain up to 60% more fluid than cotton while being gentler on sensitive skin.

The company anticipates debut of these products in the United States market by fourth quarter of 2010. The Bambooies brand will be differentiated in the marketplace by being the first naturally biodegradable mass marketed disposable diaper, and will have pricing in line with leading brands. Sales and distribution will be presented to all major retail chains and U.S. distributors.
