German Finance Ministry Appoints New Finance Agency Head

FRANKFURT--The German finance ministry has appointed Tammo
Diemer, current treasury head of Aareal Bank AG, to succeed Carl
Heinz Daube as the head of the German Finance Agency, which is
responsible for German federal debt sales, the ministry said in a
statement.
Diemer will take up his new position on April 1, 2013 at the
latest, according to the statement, which added that Daube has
chosen to leave the finance agency voluntarily.
