(TSX-V: AZI.V) ("Aztech"), announced today that Darrell Elliott, Hugh Notman, Spiros Pantziros and Jim Roche have resigned from the board of directors effective immediately. Aztech has further announced that due to current financial constraints Aztech will be late filing its audited financial statements and MD&A for the year ended December 31, 2010. Aztech is currently reviewing its restructuring options. In consequence of the failure to meet applicable listing requirements trading has been halted by the TSX Venture Exchange.
