Here are some of the companies with shares expected to trade
actively in Monday's session. Stock movements noted by ticker
reflect movements during regular trading hours.
Twitter: Elliott Management Corp., the activist hedge fund, has
nominated four directors to the board of Twitter, setting the stage
for a potential showdown. The stock was up around 7% in off-hours
trading.
United Airlines Holdings: The stock was down over 2.5% in
off-hours trading after the company said late Friday it would push
its investor day to September. Shares in the airline have been hit
this year by virus worries.
Harley-Davidson: The motorcycle maker's chief executive, Matt
Levatich, resigned Friday.
American Express: Some AmEx salespeople strong-armed customers
to boost card sign-ups, The Wall Street Journal reported.
