WarnerMedia, the AT&T Inc. (T) unit that includes brands such as HBO and CNN, has agreed to sell its office space at New York's Hudson Yards development to a Related Cos. affiliate for about $2.2 billion.

WarnerMedia has agreed to the lease the space at 30 Hudson Yards through early 2034.

Real-estate firm Cushman & Wakefield previously said that WarnerMedia was looking to raise about $2 billion from a transaction.
