Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 6, 2020, Schweitzer-Mauduit International, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that on June 30, 2020, Daniel Lister, the Company’s EVP Advanced Materials and Structures, resigned effective August 14, 2020, to pursue other opportunities.
