Richard Burston is the sole director of Dotmar Investments Limited.

on 76,239,989 shares of Common Stock outstanding as of May 11, 2022, as reported in the Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q filed by the Issuer with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 16, 2022.
