BBVA CEO Carlos Torres Vila to Become Executive Chairman at Year-End

BBVA SA (BBVA.MC) said Wednesday that current Chief Executive
Carlos Torres Vila will take over as executive chairman at the end
of 2018, replacing Francisco Gonzalez.
The Spanish bank didn't say who would replace Mr. Torres Vila as
chief executive.
